BBHP: Installation Step by Step

The Burnham-Brandeis Helical Package consists of approximately 60 programs and scripts.  Installation is relatively easy but several steps are required, and missing a single step can render parts of the package unusable.  To alleviate the problem, we've documented the entire installation process, both from pre-compiled binaries and from source.  Follow along as we install the package on Fedora Core 6 Linux, showing you the commands to type at each step, and the expected output.
